Roll up your sleeves and get stuck into Laneway Festival 2018, taking place in Sydney again on February 4th at the Sydney College Of The Arts. It’s a deliciously diverse serving of the best local and international acts and, as usual, we’re left wondering what kind of tasteful legend works on the Laneway booking team. They sure know how to curate a cracking day of tunes.

This year, team-Australia promise West Oz psych rockers and Laneway veterans Pond, joined by Alex Cameron; who’s had a massive year of making it big in America, writing hilarious Instagram posts and probably dating that girl from Girls. Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever bring their infectious pub bangas all the way from Melbourne and The Babe Rainbow, famous for their 60s-esque acid-look, have a massive trip from Byron - but will also probably play music too.

Internationally, everyone’s favourite weirdo Mac De Marco will make an appearance. Laneway 2016 saw him have a lengthy pash with Connon Mockinson on stage so expect great things kids - most likely involving Kirin J Callinan taking his pants off. Bonobo, BADBADNOTGOOD and The Internet will play exclusive to Laneway so that's worth the aggragate ticket value alone. And The War On Drugs, Father John Misty are thrown in for good measure.
